Training is open to U8 Athletes and above
A parent must remain on the grounds for the duration of training
Check in by QR code is required for all individuals
Club uniform is not required

5.30pm: Warm Up
5.45pm: Training Sessions
Option 1: Long Jump & High Jump with Amil
Option 2: Throws with Ben
Option 3: Run Technique/Middle Distance with Bron
Option 4: Sprints and Hurdles with Paul

6.50pm Warm Down/Wrap Up
